Our gymnasium offers you state of the art equipment from Life Fitness ranging from various cardiovascular technology including the brand new Summit Trainer and a variety of resistance machines along side some free weight.  All of our Cardiovascular machines are equipped with built in TV screens so there is no excuse for you to miss your workout!

There is a Joining Fee of £35 for each monthly paying member.  This is a one-off fee but if monthly payments are missed, a £35  

re-instatement joining fee will be required.

 Single - £28.00  Couple - £50.00  Golden - £20.00 each (over 60s)

 Single - £280.00  Couple - £500.00  Golden - £200.00 each (over 60s)

 

Before you begin your membership, you will be given an introduction with one of our qualified fitness instructors to demonstrate the equipment and how to use it effectively.  

 

For an annual Fee of £35 you will receive a membership card which allows you to use the facilities on a pass as you go basis. This membership gives you the freedom to use the facilities as little as often as you choose with no commitment of a monthly payment. Terms and conditions apply. Prices are per session.

In addition to our wide range of facilities, we offer training programs to meet your needs and that will help you achieve your goals. These are available from our fully qualified fitness instructors who are here to motivate you to achieve your targets. Health and Fitness Assessments are available and are also included within the cost of your membership. They are an ideal way to track your progress and aid in completing a relevant training program.

Before your training program will begin, you will have a consultation with one of our fitness instructors to access your current fitness level and health.  This will then aid you in completing a relevant training program.  

 

 

Ladies Only Clases are every Monday* 6-7pm and 7.15-8.15pm. Classes are taken by our ENERGIZE manager, Amy, in a fully air conditioned environment equipped by Reebok and Everlast.

 £3.50 per class for members of ENERGIZE or Leisure Club

 £4.50 per class for non-members

Please note:  If at last entry time the gymnasium is empty, it will be at the member of staff's discretion as to whether entry will be allowed.

 No food is to be consumed in the Gym.

 Our Gym membership is only open to customers aged 16 and above

 No food or drinks are permitted in the Sauna or Steam Room

In the interests of Health & Safety and Fire regulations, all members must sign in and out of the building and show their membership cards.  Failure to do so will result in members being refused entry into the club.

The management reserve the right to revoke membership at any time if any of the clubs rules are not adhered to.
